Our Client, a Microfinance Bank on the Island seeks to fill the position below:
Job Title: Direct Sales Executives(DSEs).
Core Responsibilities
o Identify and understand the need of the Customer(s).
o Sell the Banks Products proactively to new/prospective customers.
o Obtain relevant documents on all Bank products sold, e.g. identity document, business registration documents etc.
o Ensure timely submission of weekly sales activity reports
o Participate in weekly/monthly sales performance review meetings.
o Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, budget achievements.
o Ensure accuracy of all bank forms and documents executed by the Customer.
o Ensure timely processing of all initiated Customer transactions, with specific emphasis on account opening and cheque book issuance.
o Update call memo on a daily basis.
o Ensure assigned sales target and budgets are met.
o Participate in tactical sales/marketing activities.
Qualifications / Competencies
• A minimum of Bsc. in any field.
• 1 – 2 years’ direct sales experience in an MFB or a commercial bank is mandatory.
• Excellent Marketing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and I.T. skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
