Ibo people are industrious and are very good in trade.

Now that they complain when their market is open to 200 million people, how would they survive then when their market would be restricted to less than 45 million people?

Biafra would be a dot in a circle i.e an enclave because there won't be sea port to export and import, this will send them back to seek assistant from Nigeria.

Ghana, Niger and Benin Republic cried and still crying when Nigeria closed her border. They depend on Nigeria market for survival. If Nigeria closes border, they will experience economic problem.
Nigeria supply electricity to four West Africa countries. Won't Biafra join the queue?

Joblessness; considering direct and indirect employment of ibos in the federal state and local government outside South East, the so called biafra will have to deal with over 3 million job loses couple with the cost of setting up institutions for the new country.

The West African Gas Pipeline (WAGP) is a natural gas pipeline to supply gas from Nigeria to Benin, Togo and Ghana. This countries rely on Nigeria gas to power their electricity. Won't Biafra join the queue? because there is no proven gas reserve in the so called biafra.

The boko Haram and banditry problem Nigeria is facing in is a spill over of the security challenges from Niger and Chad because those countries are very poor and could not afford the military equipment needed to secure their countries. In the end Biafra could end up same.

In case you don't know, Igbos are still the best customers when it comes to patronage. Compared to all the tribes in Nigeria, Igbos are the best buyers and they are the majority buyers.
From experience, an igbo person that comes to my shop doesn't price much if at all. And he or she buys big. In fact, go to Igbo dominated areas in Lagos, business booms there because Igbos love comforts. They love to enjoy their money. So, what are you talking about?

Inside the 200millions people, only a high percentage of the Igbos do most of the buyings. Go and do your research.

Don't mind those f00ls. They don't know that Igbos pay the highest tax and levies in this shithole country. Does he know how many checkpoints are there in the east?

Does he know how many shops pay trade permit? Igbos are the majority shop owners in Nigeria. How many abokis dey use bank?

Instead of him to say Igbos are the backbone of Nigeria, he's saying Igbos will be liability. Just imagine.

I almost didn't want to comment on this your trash thread. But sometimes you pamper peoples ignorance.

Your Nigeria that is not landlocked how useful has she been to herself and the world? Is it not your same Nigeria that is importing everything, running to Guinea and co for military help and borrowing loans like werey people? So you really think your Nigeria is doing well abi?

Don't worry, wait till Biafra comes, we will see the nation that will cry wolf the more whether your Nigeria or Biafra.
