Typical Africans are somehow unhygienic to the streets and environment but they can wear their last gold to party, church and mosque.

The indigenes are the main problem and the government is afraid to enforce strong measures..... they will sell by the road, they will throw dirts in gutter, they will curse, they will sleep with married people with no shame and if you challenge them that it is wrong, other too will come after you . They drive recklessly and sent your car and some other passerby why come and be begging for the reckless driver/rider.
