Safe ur self from the stress .simple swear an affidavit and get police extract that at the point of registration the engine number could not be assessed. as such the car was registered without the engine number.you wish to state that the car particulars remains valid with or without the engine number..go to licensing officer both the extract and affidavit shouldn’t cost u more than 3500 |
