Yes, they are not. Ask the priests themselves whether they were compelled or chose to be celibate.

Using the analogy of a rotten head of a fish does not apply to the Church of God. This is because the Head of the Church is Christ and not any human. Unless you ascertain that Christ is not the Head of the Body- the Church.

Lastly, the Church of God is for saints and sinners alike. Go and read again the parable of the dragnet.
