I unfollowed like 5 people on Instagram and the next thing I saw was this' we notice unusual something on your account so we logged out of your account for security purpose. I was told to follow some process to make sure am the one. I did and they told me that it will be restored after 24hours or approximately 24hours. And 24hours passed now and I can't still excess my account.
Pls what should I do next
