He was attacked on his way from crusade at Ugwuoba, heading to Awka. At the boundary BTW Enugu and Anambra, about 7 fulani herdsmen wearing their northern kaftan, started shooting at him, he reversed n car got stuck Ed into a ditch. He ran into d bush and was caught inside mud by the fulani terrorist terrorists who kept abusing him "banza" etc. They dragged him to a point and tied his eyes, placed dagger to slaughter him and lightening struck. Which made them to fall, he summoned courage a d started running, they fired at him but didn't get him, the gun shot attracted ESN guys who eventually saw him where he collapsed due to loss of blood.
The ESN guys blamed him and Catholic Church for not supporting MNK etc and wanted to leave him and go after d terrorists, but one of them said he is a catholic, he can't leave his priest like that, he backed him a d brought him to d road and returned to the bush. The priest started shouting for help which attracted the local vigilante who came and took him to hospital.

Meanwhile the fulani terrorists kidnapped his singer that was with him and took over 200k in his car. The singer was later released after ransom was paid.

The thunder that very day was something else.
I told people around me that the Thunder was for a special assignment because it was not raining that Tuesday.
