Job Title: Multi-skilled Technician
Department: Technical
Location: Lagos Nigeria

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate electrical work.
Collaborate with electrical suppliers and contractors to ensure customer needs are met.
Perform stock control and check stock levels as prescribed.
Attend to associated electrical defect sand installations.
Ensure daily checking and replacement of faulty fittings, bulbs, fluorescent tubes, chokes, starters, sockets, switches, spotlights, etc.
Determine procedures for maintenance, installation, modification and repair of electrical assignments.
Assist in rectifying electrical job assignments with the other technicians in the facility, e.g., generator technicians, air conditioning technicians, etc.
Troubleshoot electrical problems and improve electrical and circulatory layouts.
Analyze and respond safely and appropriately to emergency situations.
Tracing and rectification of all conduits electrical faults for the client.
Prepare reports on daily activities.

Core Competencies:

Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
Good knowledge of all electrical fixtures and fittings and repairs and maintenance thereof.
Familiar with Service Level Agreements.
Client relationship management.
Initiative and problem-solving skills.
Basic staff management skills.
Ability to work on weekends when required.

Job related work experience /qualifications

Minimum of OND
Electrical trade test certificate.
Minimum of 3 years maintenance service experience.
