Defending themselves against what brotha? Haba! This death is not justified at all. The boy's presence there wasn't life threatening na. Why are we like this? Many of us engaged in peeping tomery and other youthful exuberances founded on curiousity whole growing up.

Giving him some punishment could have been enough but not taking his life. That guy could be a very important figure to the human race tomorrow. Too bad

What are 5 boys doing in girls hostel at night? Were they there to abduct a girl to gang rape? Or for some other sinister purposes? I don't think the girls intentionally killed the boy - a few slaps and kicks plus taunting, and the boy kicked the bucket. The girls should be released - boy may have died of heart attack accassioned by the humiliation of being caught.
