Procedures:

Buyer sign spa and returns with ATB format,s/cargo and inspectors details/data pages.

Buyer issue manager cheque of #10m with bank cover letter on bank letter head. Valid for 30 days and send to seller fiduciary bank for confirmation.

Seller confirm the manager cheque on bank to bank basis, issues MATB/clearance and board buyer s/cargo and inspectors to confirm products.

Upon confirmation/attestation sent, inspectors comes down with samples for Q n Q, managers cheque turns to cash. After successful q n q! Buyer pays #100m for logistics. After documentation, buyer makes full payment less all initial payment.


Procedures for TTT:

Buyer brings vessel for STS and pay 30% before transhipment begins.

As positive Q n Q results is given with full cargo documents, buyer makes payment for total cargo through MT103 wire transfer less the logistics money.

Seller confirm all payments and hand over hard copies of all documents un buyer name to the buyer.

Buyer vessel said to POD, then transaction ends. With possible rollercoaster and extension.

Genuine buyers needed. No longer chain direct to mandate.
