PDP BOT and the party chieftains should have try all their best to make Wike and Secondus to withdraw their cases from court. As it is now this may come and hunt the party.. The judgement on thursday may go either way. they need to put their house in order and harmony.

Uche Secondus should shield his sword and allow the convention to hold
He is fighting for his ego and not the interest of the party.
All parties involved ,should work together on a common ground for the interest of the party.
So which of them is fighting for the good of the party?

Is it Wike that is looking for his own personal gain?

Is Wike fighting for the good of his party or for his personal Presidential or VP ambition.?

No be only sheath his sword.

Wow!

Portharcourt court.!!

Can anybody get a favourable judgement against Wike in Portharcout?

This time Wike will have an unfavourable judgement. The PDP constitution is very clear, the ward executive of the party to which a National Chairman hails from cannot suspend him nor any national officer of PDP. His suspension ab initio was ultra vires.

Wike sees Secondus as albatross to his bid to impose his successor in Rivers state. The rumour mills had it that Wike and Secondus had a pact prior to when Amaechi was dislodged from PDP. And the agreement was that Wike will rule for 8years and hand over to Secondus's nephew in the person of the former deputy governor, Tele Ikuru.

Wike knows that if Secondus stays put and subsequently recontest as National Chairman it will stall his quest in unilaterally imposing his successor.

Every party has constitution that is unique to them. No two political parties have constitution that is word for word.

The PDP has it in their Constitution..

No member of NEC can be suspended or disciplined by any Executive or Disciplinary Committee (including the NWC) except by NEC itself.

The APC don't have it in their Constitution.
The Executive Committee of the Party at the level where a complaint or allegation is made shall have original jurisdiction to hear and determine such complaint or allegation provided that the assumption of jurisdiction by such Executive Committee shall not breach the rules of fair hearing.

I wonder why our supreme court is so slow. Why adjourn the matter to thursday knowing if the judgement favour Secondus the PDP wont be able to secure stay of exevution at the high court due to no much time.

Only God can save us from our supreme court.

Very slow and clueless judgement.. sekondes has a good case and for sure he will won the case.
is supreme court same as appeal court? Use your brain na
