Barca remain an average team as we speak. Even if they bring in Guordiola he will not still be able to make a difference

Reports have it they are actually going for Xavi. I think he'll be a good fit cos he's familiar with the style and ethos of Barcelona. He's not also under a lot of pressure given his low coaching profile, but that can change quickly if he gets the position.
Bring Guordiola to Barca, he will still not be able to make any difference. Barca team are all below average players as we speak

A lot of things about Barcelona is not normal thanks to Messi..
1. They don't have a number 10 like iniesta or one that provides assists
2.they don't have normal wingers that cross d ball or dribble in
3. Their dm is not a normal blocking dm(with tackles) like kante, rodri, makalele, partey etc
4.they don't have a number 9 like most other teams.
I can go on and on and all these thanks to Messi.. This crash would have happened with any coach handling them. They were too reliant on messi

I've watch highlights of some of Al Sadd matches and I must say Xavi will do well as Barca coach
