The bulletin reads

The attention of the University Management has been drawn to the fact that some students (especially graduating students) do engage in writing on their clothes (signing-out) and unauthorized celebrations on Campus. These activities are banned forthwith.

Students are required to comply with all rules and regulations that guide their stay on Campus.
