In my village, we are patiently awaiting the governor's helicopter so that His Excellency can commission the following newly completed projects.

1. Public Latrine with an ultra-modern plastic bucket full of water beside each hole in the floor, for users to wash their anuses after dropping.

2. New mortuary where spare parts are removed for sale to fetish practitioners, complete with fairly used generator to keep the freezer cool.

3. New shovels and wheelbarrows bought by the state governor to facilitate Very Mental Insanity Day when garbage heaps are relocated.

4. New fairly used agricultural tractors for transporting inportant dignitaries during special occasions like The President's Birthday and Xmas.
