Courts work on Jurisdiction.

Secondus' ward is in Rivers State. The case originated from Rivers State, so the case can only go on appeal in a Court within that jurisdiction.

lol, court of appeal sitting in rivers state not rivers state Court of Appeal. Even if he appeal in ABUJA, the president of Court of appeal can decide to assign to any court of appeal sitting in any state of jurisdiction. The substantive case bother on his suspension in his ward in rivers state.
