You are not concerned about the police and EFFC denial but your are rather worried about the "media frenzy". The allows for the presumption of innocence until proven guilty, so don't ask if the woman is presumably innocent.

Mary Odili is next in line to succeed the current CJN in the event he retires, so whether the affidavit is verifiable or not she must be taken off the line.

After all Onoghen was taken out by CCT but till date he hasn't been convicted.
