I am light skinned & moved 2 d North few months ago. My arms (d outer part exposed 2 d sun) are seriously getting darker than d rest of my body due 2 d harsh weather here & it bothers me. I need advice on what soap & cream 2 use 2 maintain my fair skin. (I normally use regular bathing soaps & body cream). Please don't suggest bleaching soap and cream!!!
