Fela Kuti deserves apology and compensation from nigerian government for the horrendous treatment he received in the hands of nigerian army. The killing of his mother,the burning of his empire,the raping of his wives and children.The beating and the unjust incarceration. If truelly Gej is a humane,progressive and civil as some nigerians claims he is,he should look into Fela's case,redeem his struggles and honour him for what he is,a national and international icon who suffered in the hands of tyrants that were the flag bearers of nigerian union,tyrants that are still members of the council of state of today's nigeria,tyrants that are still prominent statesmen in today's nigeria. |
