Anybody that is ready to surrender should surrender without any condition! No need for amnesty. They have not been arrested. They should just lay down their arms and join the commuinty

See the mindset of an average northern elite. How in this world can a sane person compare Niger-Delta militants to these terrorists bandits? How many school children did ND militants kidnapped? How many churches or mosques did they attacked? How many pastors or Muslim clerics did they kill? How many citizens did they abducted, raped, or slaughtered like fowl? How many times did they attacked a train? You see the difference between a terrorist group and one that used militancy to demand resource control and end to injustice.
