Some lifestyle changes and regular visits to a dentist can help you keep your teeth strong and healthy. But, some people don't want to visit the dentist as they think there is no need to. There are some changes to make in your daily rituals that can help you get good dental health.
Brushing you teeth twice in a day always recommended to promote dental health.
Also, cleaning the tongue will also help and get you rid of bad breath.
It is always better to opt for fluoride based toothpaste.
Drink enough water and use good quality mouthwash.

To strengthen weak teeth as well as keep them healthy, proper oral hygiene is not enough, it is important to watch what you eat. In particular, keep in mind that acidic foods (like citrus fruits) severely damage your teeth.
It is recommended that you brush your teeth after drinking orange juice or citrus fruits, as this will restore a healthy pH level in your mouth. Sugar-free chewing gum can also help, but it is not a substitute for brushing your teeth.
It should also be noted that it is important to load your teeth fairly evenly. Otherwise, it can lead to loose teeth in the part of the jaw that is not involved in the chewing process. By strengthening the chewing muscles and loading the teeth correctly, we can prevent the loss of bone mass and, as a result, tooth loss.
There are foods that are especially good for teeth, and by eating them, we can help keep them healthy. These are foods rich in calcium and fluoride. For example, fish and dairy products rich in phosphorus and calcium.
By the way eating cheese after sour foods can also compensate for the harmful effects of sour foods.
The high fluoride content and excellent antibacterial effect of green tea helps prevent tooth decay.
