In fact, in Igbo land, no gun man is known. They have special name for it, Unknown Gun Men. In other places, the gun men are known but if it is Igbo, they're unknown.

Why are Nigerians obsessed with Ndiigbo and whatever happens in Ala Igbo?
Why does news about Igbo excite or scare Nigerians so much?
Why does anything Igbo attract you guys like hordes of bees to honeycomb?
What is it about Igbo that give you people sleepless nights?

Are Igbo lives the most valuable in Nigeria or what? If yes, why are you all excited when they kill Ndiigbo or are you all hypocrites in this country?

Even on Nairaland, Igbo news are the most popular. Some are more than 20 pages even though there's more that should concern Nigerians about other regions: thousands are murdered in the north daily. In the West and MB, the Fulani threat is at level 4 compared to level 1 in Igbo land yet no one cares... It's no news.

Ndiigbo reminds me of Brezhnev during the Suez crises that sneezed and Britain caught cold. What a tribe... what a nation.

If it was the Fulani that are clamouring for seccession like igbos they nobody will threaten them with war,nobody will beg for unity,infact all southerners will even be happy including helinues,juliusmalema and manna griller, hypocrisy at the best if Nigeria is Rice igbos is the stew..

We have mods that love to make news out mayhem in the Igbo land.

It is the same mod that will close any thread that duplicates the news of any tragedy caused by the Fulani or the military in the southwest. At the same time the mod will make sure that any negative event in the SE is broadcasted in several different versions. Out of those several versions he will push three to the front page.

Nairaland is oiled by Igbo bashing.

This is why you need to study history every once in a while, the north tried to secede and it was Nnamdi Azikwe and co that begged for unity but unlike some people, the north listened.

The reason is because Igbos celebrate any negative news from any region.

Bandits strike in the north and you see no northerner celebrating or justifying it ( Except Gumi. The rest are wiser now). It's southeasterners that mainly run with the news and you can see their naked glee and joy.

The tables are turning and now southeast is currently witnessing unrest so Nigerians are simply paying them back in their own coin.
