Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admissions into Babcock University (BU), for 4, 5, or 6 year Degree Courses for the 2021/2022 academic session.



GENERAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum qualification for the First Degree Programs: 5 credits at the GCE/SSCE/NECO Examinations or their equivalent (at not more than 2 sittings); one sitting only for Medicine. Candidates below 15 years of age are advised not to apply.

Resumption of 200L Returning Students

Below is the resumption schedule of students. This schedule of arrival on campus does not include 100L and 200L Direct Entry students. The reasons for this are: WAEC and NECO have not released the results of students who wrote the exams (the results are pre-requisites for university admission); JAMB has not uploaded the list of admitted candidates on their admission portal and; students who wrote the WAEC and NECO exams have not been able to upload their results on the JAMB Central Admission Processing System portal as required by JAMB. These factors are outside the control of the University, hence the resumption of 100L and 200L Direct Entry students will now be in January, 2022. Details of the arrival schedule for the 100L and 200L Direct Entry students will be communicated to them ahead of their arrival.

Thank you for this information. Please I wan ask, does Babcock University have two undergraduate nursing programs?

1. One leading to BSc Nursing?

2. General nursing program leading to RN?


I asked this question because I am looking for admission for my daughter and on the school website I saw Nursing Sciences and one of the courses offered by the University and here I saw another advert for general nursing in the same school. Are they the same program or are they different? Please clarify.
