We maximise our talents by doing what is right ,good and just. You don't have to be a singer,actor,dancer or one of those recognised talents. Doing something for the love of it Without any other motive I.e money inspired or any other foreign desires that goes against your true human nature is what maximizing your talent or worshipping God is.
