Qualification: Applicants should be not be below 21 years of age and must possess a digital camera (A good camera phone with a good resolution can also be used as subtitute) , must earn a  degree or its equivalent in a relevant field from any Nigerian University and must possess a Personal computer. A good communication skills is not an Option.
