Killer Social Media Content Ideas For Real Estate Agents by Atoyebi21: 8:57pm On Nov 08, 2021
Like I promised yesterday, these are some content ideas that real estate agents can use on social media to get potential clients to know, like and trust them and do business with them eventually.

1. New Listing

Make sure to keep your social media accounts up to date with new listings. You never know who is looking for a new home.
Share a few important details about the house :How many bedrooms are there? What does the inside and outside look like? What other features and amenities are there? Don't forget to include your contact information.

2. Recently Sold

This is a common real estate social media post, and to be honest, it can be difficult to avoid bragging. However, if you share a relatable story about the sale, these posts can be effective.

Rather than posting:

This home was just sold for my wonderful client! Thank you for your confidence. We worked extremely hard to complete this task and can't wait to assist you again. Simply dial xxxx-Bleep-xxxx!

Tell a relatable story:

-Include nice photos of the property if possible.

-Tell a story to which other potential clients can relate

-Make it your personal

3. Beneficial News or Information

While your ultimate goal for your social media platforms should be to get people to know, like, and trust YOU, you should not always post about YOU. Give your followers something of value. Make yourself your clients' go-to source for useful news and information. This could be local information or tidbits of information about buying or selling.

-Stay away from divisive topics (like politics and religion)

-Be a very careful curator, sharing only verified information on topics that people will be interested in reading.

-If you're going to link to a source, make sure it's credible and give credit.

4. Learning Sessions and Industry Events

Learning never stops. You can keep your followers and potential clients up to date on your real estate career activities. When you post updates about your personal milestones as you advance in your profession, you demonstrate that you are striving to be better and that people can trust that you know what you are doing.

5. Real-Life Work

It's always fascinating to see what people do for a living. You do a lot for your clients as a busy realtor. Show people what you're up to — from your current workspace to a virtual or physical open house, office visits, and so on. It makes it easier for your clients to understand the scope of your work.

6. Your Own Home

Discuss your own experience buying (or selling) your own home. You can also share the entire process of buying, selling, furnishing, and moving into your new home. This will allow you to better understand what your clients are going through when they buy or sell a home.

7. Personal Post

People would enjoy seeing posts from your personal life every now and then. Allow people to see the true you. Don't be afraid to show snippets of your life outside of real estate. This lets people know there is a real person behind the real estate posts.

8. Information on the Housing Market

Demonstrate that you know your stuff and are up to date on what's going on in your local real estate market. This contributes to the development of your knowledge.

-Use simple language. Use industry jargon minimally.

-Be clear and concise.

-Include a hyperlink to the original source.

9. Design Ideas, Household Tips, and Do-It-Yourself Projects

You can also share design ideas, housekeeping tips, and Do-It-Yourself (DIY) project ideas for beginners. These are useful topics that can increase viewer engagement.

10. Lifestyle and community-based content

Being a go-to person for resources about the local scene is an important part of being a real estate professional. This establishes you as a local expert.

Share aspects of living in a specific area, such as upcoming local developments, places to visit, restaurants to try, or even COVID-related local updates. As people looking to relocate to a new area research the area on Instagram, having geo-tags and hashtags on your photos will benefit you.

Win big as an Real Estate Agent

I know you struggle with being consistent and knowing what and when to post and I know it because we all struggle with it!

Here is the main reason why it can get complicated: lack of organization. Now, I am not saying you are an unorganized person, but it will be harder to create content for your business if you don’t plan it!.

Today I am sharing a secret weapon that you can use to win big as a real estate agent on social media. That secret weapon is called a Content Calendar.

A Content Calendar keeps you organized. If it is not written down in a calendar, you might totally forget to post or share.

It is also allows you to plan out all your posts for a coming week ahead.

You might be asking how can you start? Don't worry. I got you covered.

I will create a One Year Calendar that is specifically suited for your real estate business.

This calendar will consist of highly educative, engaging and entertaining content that will make you get clients on a consistent basis. You don't have to worry about what to post again.

In addition to the calendar, I have 3 fast action bonuses for you.

1. I will give you 30 compelling call to actions templates that you can use at the end of your posts to inspire your audience to take action.

2. 50 Headline Templates that you can use to grab the attention of your audience.

3. I will also generate 60 profitable hashtags you can use to increase the visibility of your business on Instagram.

I normally charge 20,000 naira for this content calendar but from now till 12pm on Thursday, you can get it for just 5,000 naira with these bonuses.

Note: The prices will go up to 20,000 naira after 12pm on Thursday and the bonuses will disappear.
