Which initiative? This is absolutely rubbish. When the security challenges were not there , farmers conveniently access their farms n there was a lot of stability in terms of food production n availability. So, it is not about urban farming, a lot of people from the cities are into farming. They are running away from their responsibilities, fight insecurity and let the people access their farm easily n things will get back to normal.
