Funny, we post the same information at the same time but different understanding. With the Orom people involved in the rebellion, Dangote should be smart enough to know how to talk then into protecting the asset

Dangote should talk to the people of tigray not to destroy his assets, 9 rebellious groups are trying to destroy Dangote's assets he should talk to those nine groups instead or wage war against them!. We are all Africans and we should be able to settle things amicably

No wonder Ethiopia president turned himself to driver when Buhari visited the country.

Let him call Buhari his passenger to send Gumi over they know what to do.

Any bad government should be kick out of power by any means. Every other country can't be dumb like Nigeria. No chilling for bad leadership it's either be a good leader and have peace or be a bad leader and be expecting unexpected.

It depends on how the Nigerian govt respond.

If we take sides with their Central govt, dangote investment there will be collateral damage.
Forget about the Nigerian government. You are underestimating the power of a billionaire. Those guys install presidents in this continent.
He will go behind and strike a deal with the leadership of both sides.

As an entrepreneur myself, I don’t pray for the downfall of any man’s business.

So the rebel forces should do better than burn the factory because when the war is over, Ethiopians are still gonna need cement to build their homes.

And if the rebels succeed in capturing the control of govt, they are still going to need companies like Dangote Cement to pay taxes to help them run govt.

Meanwhile I suggest Dangote goes dirty and send emissaries to the Rebels and help them with fund if need be, in a exchange for the safety of his business should they advance to that region.

No, he should rather stay neutral while watching cunningly, once any sides wins, he pledge loyalty to them.

I don't think the Oromia liberation fighters will be stupid enough to destroy a massive investment in their region.

Ethiopia had Tigray firmly in check until these useless colonialists via their mission offices, western media, amnesty international and co. started peddling falsehoods and putting pressure on them to pull out.

Where are these colonialists now? who do you think even sponsored this all thing?

Buhari was smart to ignore these colonialists

It is not bad to pull out of a union bro.

Cements need to be refined due to certain impurities in them.
Elements like Limestone, sand, clay, bauxite, etc that make up the Cement aggregate all have impurities, so they need to be refined for appropriate and optimum use!

This news is misleading . The rebels are fighting oppressive leaders not dangote investment. African leaders can never hear word . The issue around that region ought to ve been settled without.war but our leaders only understand one language ..WAR.....they took the war too the rebels causing humanitarian crises ..when you push a man to the wall, he has no option than to fight for his life. Is prayer that arrogant leaders Re chased out by force..
This is a lesson to those who feel the best way to tackle issue is through force .

You are misunderstanding the issue!
Eriteans was at war with the tigrays first and when eritea got it's independence.the USA warned eritea to back off.
Now you have Ethiopia and tigray fighting because tigray forces backed by outside forces !
Virtually every rebel fighting group that were foot soldiers in early wars be it somalia, djbouti, are getting themselves involved in a free for all war scenario in Ethiopia.
To achieve just one purpose distabization of the region

This crisis brings back the reason for the Libyan crisis and it's effect on west Africa internal security struggles since it fell

There are investments in Africa but basically at primary resource level!

Political instability is virtually everywhere I think the problem is a little bit more complicated but it is poverty
