TRACE TRAFFIC ADVISORY..

In view of the Bigi Abeokuta 10km Marathon Race, tagged; RACE FOR HOMELAND, which is scheduled to hold on Saturday, 13th November, 2021, from 0600hrs - 1200hrs.the following routes will be temporarily closed to traffic within Abeokuta metropolis.

1. Ake Palace (Starting Point).

2. Linkage Road to Itoko at Adatan Roundabout.

3. Adatan Roundabbout.

4. Saje Junction.

5. Ake Roundabout.

6. Entrance to Ijemo Alape.

7. Oke Itoku.

8. Median at Osile Palace, Sapon.

9. Sapon Under Bridge.

10. Igbore Road.

11. Zenith Bank, Isale Igbein

12. Ibara Police Station Junction.

13. Ijeja Junction and St Anne's.

14. Wema Bank and CBN Junction.

15. GTB Junction.

16. Kuto Bridge.

17. Service Lane to Under Bridge.

18. NNPC Under Bridge.

19. Service Lane Inward MKO Stadium.

Subsequently, the following alternative routes are recommended to motorists:

1. Motorists from Oke-Mosan axis are advised to make use of NNPC - Iyana Mortuary and continue their journey.

2. Motorists from Obantoko are advised to go through either Moore Juction - Olorunsogo and continue their journey Or Aladesanmi - Madojurimi and continue their journey..

3. Motorists from Omida and Ibara Under Bridge are advised to take Ijeja Junction - Jide Jones - OPIC Roundabout and continue their journey..

Nevertheless, motorists are advised to plan their journeys, even though the restriction time is only for a few hours.
Besides, TRACE Corps operatives will be strategically positioned along the routes to ensure traffic flow and prevent any encumberances.

However, any inconveniences is highly regretted please.
