You finished Nigerian armed forces. Despite the huge budget, our armed forces seems under armed. Taliban, with their American new armour is well armed and sophisticated than Nigeria armed forces. Even C-1 planes are outdated.

“Fulani never forgive nor forget”. I wonder why people keep making this assertion. So when the Fulanis graze on people’s lands, raping, killing and maiming, the people should forgive and forget? Look no single person has the monopoly of violence.

It is very painful that our country has entered into this stage where certain areas and communities have turned into battle grounds and killing fields. We have all seen how the Fulanis have caused problems in the name of taking over ancestral lands or recovering grazing routes. We must not look at the truth in the face and deny it. The truth still stands certain Fulani individuals are the aggressors. The wicked among them have mingled with the decent among them and have brought problems to them.

I only sincerely hope that the fighter pilot does not get into trouble with his bosses. He may be accused of carrying out a deliberate attack on the Fulanis in that community.

This government may be doing something about the insecurity going on everywhere but their actions are inadequate and look selective. This religious cloak must be taken away and national issues like this dealt with honestly for us to have peace again in Nigeria.
