I see all these as madness when someone is blaming buhari for Nigeria's woes, it's all past Nigerian leaders that should b blamed,is Jonathan any better?

If Jonathan has been up n doing nobody will think of buhari, Jonathan was so useless n clueless to the extent tgat Al-mustapha even wanted to b president.
GEJ was a disaster. We are still suffering in the power sector after he sold it to incompetent people

The issue is not prices in itself, but the purchasing power & standard of living...

Pre-1999, prices of the commodities the OP has listed were far less, but how many Nigerians could afford those things?

1999-2014, prices of those items increased, some astronomically, but majority of people could afford them without too much angst because the PP was high & prices stable.

So the OP using prices of then & now will only shoot him/herself in the foot because prices were also cheaper pre-1999

When they construct Railway to Niger republic, all these problems will be corrected.

Ask Amaechi and Buhary.
