I made a transfer to my alat account but I haven’t received it i used 9pay to make the transfer but i was requested to send a session id to verify my transfer please any 9pay user on this app should tell me how i can see my transfer history and session id or one of both. Tnx

yeah contact their customer care u will get the transaction ID or check your transfer history on that particular transaction

I won’t lie i don tire I don’t know why I can’t see my history on their web portal but on their QnR it says there is an option which is not there
