There are other media sources that paint a true picture... and some that are opposite to CNN. I never know CNN or any other Western media to be on a negative campaign on Brazil .... on Venezuela yes. What negative broadcast you countering I have no clue. But all is fair... you can choose to highlight the negatives of the US ... but making false statements is not ok... as in the bolded above. People do not have to pay for ambulance service. If someone is involved in an accident... faints ... has mental problems .... papers or no papers ... they are picked up. An accident victim is picked up and rushed to the nearest hospital emergency unit... unless redirected by the victim. At Emergency... whatever needed to be done is done.... surgery... whatever... and the victim is kept, treated and monitored until fit to be released.
