THIS right here should tell you how much complicit Buhari has been in the attacks! Can you remember when he assumed office and took "Several months" before appointing Ministers and so on? Presently in some locations in the north,once they see or have a feeling you're a soldier, even if you can see what you want to buy from them with your two naked eyes, they'd tell you they don't have.
