Firstly, nobody even knows who Muhammad's real father was since he was born 4 years after the death of the man who is generally known as his father.

Secondly, Ishmael is not the father of the Arabs as is wrongly believed by even a lot of non muslims. Even the hadiths very clearly say that Arabs already existed even before Ishmael was born.

Thirdly, God has chastised Israel many times, but He promised that a day would come when He would restore Israel to its rightful place and He would reconcile the Israelites to Himself once and for all:

Jer 31:31-34 — 31

“Behold, days are coming,” declares the LORD, “when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah, not like the covenant which I made with their fathers in the day I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, although I was a husband to them,” declares the LORD

Here, the new covenant promised through Jeremiah, which Christ himself instituted (Luke 22:20), is clearly promised to the nation of Israel. The promise is that Israel will know God and be forgiven. This promise of the new covenant being fully received by Israel is still awaiting fulfillment.

Hos 3:4-5

For the sons of Israel will remain for many days without king or prince, without sacrifice or sacred pillar and without ephod or household idols. Afterward the sons of Israel will return and seek the LORD their God and David their king; and they will come trembling to the LORD and to His goodness in the last days
