Lafarge has a very massive plant on that road; Ewekoro to be precise. A tax relief of a reasonable numbers of years would suffice for Lafarge to build a quality concrete road. Our government is just too dull in governance. And it is not as if they don't know, but they want the tax so that they can embezzle it.

Is this not the same road that Bishop Oyedepo of Living Faith Church, Oya releases #650m for? Or could it be another axis where the Bishop's gesture has put them on their heels.

They build roads without wide deep sewage system, also roads are not meant to bend inwards or flat in such places that isn't a sloppy land. The roads should be slanty towards the sewage so no residue water will be on the roads after rainfall

The residue water is what causes roads to spoil. They sink the roads as vehicles drive on it.

not making excuses for him though but he's just 2yrs in d office and his 1st yr was marred with Covid/lockdown that affected d whole nation and d global economy. his predecessor spent 8yrs in d office when there was huge revenue to d state. he abandoned that road and focused all his tenure on Abeokuta(his hometown) where he built 5 overhead bridges and 1 at Sagamu. i think Amosun is d biggest scam here when it comes to this particular road. And that Baba iyabo too.

Dapo Abiodun is a big liar, Lagos Abeokuta express way including Sango is currently reconstructed by the Federal Govt under the Sukuk project. Julius berger are the contractors, Ogun State govt is not involved. Dapo Abiodun is a big scam.
