This question is for those who have quit the habit of smoking
what procedure do you take in stopping this habit?
for me i have tried so many steps both online and offline but all no avail,i even went extra miles to dissociate myself from friends who those that..i have made up my mind to move closer to GOD by going to church but its sad that pastors son is also into this even worst than me..plsss i need a clue maybe it can work out this time around
