I am currently handling 8 unit of 2 bedroom flat

It's not distress and the design aren't that bad.

Reason people are running is cux it's too extreme and bad networks around that place.

At Al Adni Homes and property you can get 20 year long lease of 2 bedroom and miniflat for 6.5m and 5million respectively.All are buildings are in Surulere Lagos.

Fashola has always been an ass. Alway pro rich and not living in reality. This is despite his humble beginnings.
The same fashola as governor of Lagos state built houses no one could afford to buy. Fashola openly said no cheap land in Lagos hence housing must be expensive.
Ambode came in and crashed the prices before they were then sold after staying fallow for years.
How do you now expect any better from fashola in works and housing ministry.
See the crappyi bedroom houses they wanna sell for 9m. The procedure nko, you bring tax clearance and other mombojunbo, you then pay 10k. Then you wait for approval. They will asses all applicants and only the successful will be contacted.
What bullshit process to buy house again with your hard earned money? When it's not as if the house is for 1m, but rather same price private developers are selling?

You can only get that price for places around Kuje, Gwagwalda, Abaji, Kwari and Inner Bwari.
Satellite towns within 10km radius of the city centre starts with minimum of 14million for 3bedroom carcass.

Based on their useless minimum wage and salary structure, an average worker can NEVER buy the house without stealing. What kind of message are they sending? Useless government, supported by even more useless people.
Even a senior civil servant who earns like 100k cannot afford it without stealing! If such a civil servant reserves 20% of their salary (20k) to repay, it will take roughly 38years. 9M didvided by 240k annually is 37.5! Most senior civil servants have only 10-20years remaining to work. HOW WONT THEY STEAL YOUR COMMONWEALTH BLIND?!
The lower cadre are even more HOPELESS in that useless country, instead they are the ones that forgive and support their oppressors every election cycle! Useless country, mostly useless people!
