Hi everyone.

I recently discover a small lump on my chest. It is firm, immovable and painless. I would not know it was there if not that I stood at the front of a mirror.

I have booked an appointment with a doctor but my curiosity get the best part of me as I can't wait to get answers. Is this something to worry about?

Not at the moment,I'm sure ur doctor will prescribe a good treatment or find a way to extract the fluid within.
Its good you found it in time,it might have grown into a tumor....most folks might assume its cancerous but not all tumors are,especially in the case of urs(chest area in a male).
Follow up on ur doctor appointment and you'll be fine

not at all bro, this is a skin condition named cherry hemangioma or mole. And more so this isn't a lump, it's a bump.

I beg to differ brother,hemangioma are usually reddish and occur during early stages of life...u can see some capillary vessels wen u shine a torch at it intently.
But either way,he shud see a doctor as soon as possible

u maybe have checked hemangioma on white People or very fair people. Either way as u have said, let him see a doctor.
