The governor of northwestern Nigeria’s Kaduna State, Malam Nasir El-Rufai, has said state governments are ready to support the federal government in removing all Premium Motor Spirit (PMS – Petrol) subsidy. Vanguard quoted the governor as saying on Tuesday at the launch of the World Bank’s Nigeria Branch in Abuja.
