The recurrent is really high; debt servicing gulps larger part of the recurrent. For me, 80/20 is the ideal ratio.

I will always blame the oppositions for their failure to do well, because I don't know who else to blame.
Because I would have blamed us the masses but because our votes doesn't count, so we are not part of the government as they often define democracy in our favor.
Useless government always spending money inappropriately and irrationally.

Why won't they present such budget when they have used tax to finish people in lagos. Was in Lagos past weekend and paid 12.5% tax for everything I ate in my hotel. Carlo Rossi of 9k I paid tax of 1k. Same applies to food and rooms.

Honesty, there's nothing to learn from Lagos other states are just villages and now developing areas. Lagos is fraud, the governor is fraud, house of assembly speaker fraud, their baba sa le FRAUD. Youre right, but any honest and pragmatic town planner will tell you that no matter the quality, roads are not meant to deal with the volume of vehicular traffic Lagos experiences daily.

We are swimming against the tides focusing on roads alone. What is needed is fast-tracking of the rail metro system to decongest roads urgently.

More efforts can indeed be made on roads but it will always be a case of one step forward and two steps backwards if we dont urgently provide alternative transport to vehicle usage.
