most of this our leaders are not educated at all! how can u spend 2.7trillion naira annually of 5000 transportation fare for 40million people? when the cost to repair our refinaries is not up to that amount! am i not sure this guys are mad!?? whats all this for God sake? why do we have leaders that are dumb in nigeria? the next thing na u will hear that 30million people benefiting from the program are northerners why the remaining 10million people will be Audio because that money will be in some people pocket.
