What is the Doctor saying about your health??
Our health is one most important aspect of our life because with or without money if you are unhealthy it is a problem.

I've encountered so many people with health issues, some trying to help themselves and doing it wrongly while some having nothing to do about it. One of such issues is that of fat and weight loss and gain. A lot of persons single and married, those who in the course of bearing children could no longer control this gain and thus affecting them and becoming an issue.
★They become less confident at work place among their colleagues.
★They have low self esteem and do not freely express themselves in the things that they once derived joy doing.
★It became an issue because their husbands are no longer attracted to them, everyone is saying lose weight
★Some in the bid to lose weight has removed important food from their meals thinking that it's the issue.
★They always buy large clothes in a bid to hide themselves and difficulty finding the size of the clothes they truly like.

But here are few tips I think you should know:

★ There is a difference between weight loss and fat loss.
Weight loss refers to a decrease in your overall body weight from muscle, water, and fat losses.
Fat loss refers to weight loss from fat, and it’s a more specific and healthful goal than weight loss.
★ The idea of skipping breakfast is a No. Heavy foods is not advisable but Light foods rich in protein such as eggs, foods rich in fiber and fat, vegetables, whole wheat is a fit for morning meal.
★ A knowledge of several natural foods to include in your diet time table at appropriate timing of the day is a right tool.
★Lastly the issue of weight and fat gain has imposed risk on our health. Cardiovascular illnesses, diabetes, arthritis, rheumatism, insomnia, obesity are some illnesses associated with it and affects ages ranging from 25- 50.
