Let's Pray
<< Heavenly Father, we are here again. We come in the name of your Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. We thank You for who you are and for all you have done. Please receive our praise, You are an unimaginably great God. The supreme ruler of all realms of existence and inexistence.
Though we acknowledge your omniscience, Heavenly Father we bare ourselves before you. We plead for your mercy, please forgive us of our sins, known and unknown. Wash us and sanctify us through the sacrifice of Christ.
We are about to learn from your word Father, please teach us, for your are the Great Teacher. Lead us into all truth, speak to us in ways we understand. Cause us to practicalize your word and bear fruit to your glory. Amen >>

Dear Followers of Christ,
This passage is really eye-opening. Insubordination and Immorality are mentioned together, this carries a meaning.
One thing we know about immorality is that it is one of the most hated sins in God's sight. It directly distorts God's creation. Drawing a line, we can perceive the ramifications of insubordination, this is the sin that led to the downfall of a pantheon of Angels.
And like sexual immorality, it is so prevalent these days, it's almost common place. More so in the church. Disobedience, grumbling, murmuring, rebellion etc, they all fall under this category.
God is not an author of confusion, He loves order. He is the one who installs and removed rulers and authorities. Everyone that wants to follow God must follow his command.
Respect Authority!

Jude 1:9
[9]Yet Michael the archangel, in contending with the devil, when he disputed about the body of Moses, dared not bring against him a reviling accusation, but said, “The Lord rebuke you!”

Even Archangel Michael gave respect to Lucifer, not daring to reprimand Him, He operated on God's authority. Let us learn from this.
