The major thing is to get the success mail. Concerning the pay, if directly recruited by IHS, the pay is nothing less than 150k after tax with other benefit like monthly data and airtime allowance up to #26k. but if IHS hijack you from one of their SBC, then the pay will get K leg. Right now, IHS is the one recruiting directly so we are in for something biggggggggg...

I think workforce must have passed the buck to IHS Towers, and the delay is from the latter. Delay might be due to trying to have solid plan in place before sending interview invites. I have the feeling something will happen soon.

What if these guys are scheming to send invites by friday then have interview done next week(xmas week), just to prune down candidates because some would have travelled for the festivities.
