For the past three weeks the price of cement has skyrocketed from the usual #3300 for Dangote and #3400 for Bua to 4200 and 4400 respectively. A truck of 900 load that was at 2,850,000 for Dangote and 2,950,000 for Bua is now #3,400,000 and #3,600,000 million. This is usually a yearly trend probably because of the high demand of cement after the raining season. Some say it is because the production companies can't meet the high demands of cement during it's peak .What is the price of cement in your area and how has it affected your business as a seller or your project as a builder? |
