Job Summary
The ideal candidate will support the record management officer to effectively manage the personnel records process in a cost-effective manner

Duties and Responsibilities
• Supports to oversee the document management process.
• Supports to coordinate the creation, maintenance, retrieval, protection, retention, and destruction of all records in accordance with
appropriate policies and legal, financial, governmental, and historical requirements.
• Promptly responding to enquiries on current and exited staff issues
• Support the development and implementation of HR records automation project
• Support with HR office administration duties
• 100% production of staff identity card
• Support in the coordination and maintenance of security user access controls.
• Acts as point of contact for the day-to-day operations of the electronic records management system
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by line Supervisors

Job Requirements
• Gender – Candidate must be male
• BSC/HND in any discipline
• A minimum of 1-2 years HR File Mgt. experience and Archives Administration
