As part of corporate fitness, there are also many approaches that supplement a sporty program at the workplace with a change in the canteen food and thus achieve very good results.

In any case, the aim of successful personal training should be to strengthen the athlete's body in a healthy way and by taking into account all factors relevant to the sport.
