For yeast infection, you will treat with antifungal medication such as
Fluconazole, clotrimazole( vaginal tablet)
It should be treated for at least two weeks to avoid reinfection.
Both yeast and staphylococcus aureus are normal flora.
It's good to keep them in their place so they don't cause serious infection.
And also avoid things that will make them to overgrow especially yeast cells
