An E-commerce company in Lagos Island seeks to hire a Consumer Experience Manager who will manage Key account Client Vendors and Logistic Partners to ensure customer satisfaction and hitch-free Consumer experience on its platform.

Duties and responsibilities are primarily Customer Acquisition, Satisfaction and Retention.

Gross Salary is 200k plus incentives on targets met.

Preferred candidate must possess previous experience in an E-commerce company with proven success, and be available for immediate interviews.
