This is the most useless hospital I regretted using ....I was down and came to this hospital in kubwa ...and I was unattended to..since 11am I came ...I left 4pm with regrets .... I tink they have poor customer service...and the management is the poorest I've ever seen...please if you are sick don't come to this hospital

FMC (former federal staff hospital) Jabi, is the worst especially NHIS. They treat patients anyhow. I went to see a dermatologist 2 weeks ago and had the worse experience. I was there by 7:58am for my 8:00am appointment. They started attending to us around past 9. Then, they will leave people who came earlier and attend to patients who give them envelope. I left there around 12 with the worst service. |
